Blij met AI is an indie consulting and AI-automation business. The website, offers, workflows, and services are still being developed and may change while the business searches for product-market fit.
Data agreement
To the fullest extent allowed by law, by using the site or contacting Blij met AI you agree that all data you submit, generate, or disclose through the site, plus related usage, support, project, and technical records, may be stored and used for operating the business, answering you, preparing and delivering services, debugging, improving the offer, measuring product-market fit, developing future products, preventing abuse, security, legal compliance, and business administration. If you do not agree, do not use the site or contact form.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you submit and for ensuring you have the right to share it. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, illegal, or third-party personal data unless you have permission and accept the privacy policy.
No guarantees
AI strategy, automation, and implementation advice depend on your context, data quality, tooling, and execution. No result, revenue, cost saving, ranking, or operational outcome is guaranteed unless a signed written agreement says otherwise.
Billing and refunds
Fees, if agreed, are payable under the relevant quote, invoice, or written agreement. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires a refund, withdrawal right, correction, replacement, price reduction, or other remedy.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer, privacy, payment, or data-protection rights. Where mandatory law conflicts with these terms, mandatory law controls and the remaining terms continue to apply.
